Quality Testing Methodology and Specification

We have a range of testing methodologiesto ensure the quality of our plated parts meet customer requirements and complies with industry standards.

X-ray machine is used to measure the thickness and uniformity of the plating on semi-finished / finished goods in accordance with ASTM B 568.

 

Conduct regular plating solution analysis  to ensure  optimal performance on plating solution.

 

The Salt Spray Test is a standardized and popular corrosion test method used to verify corrosion resistance of materials and surface coatings. This is done as per ASTM B 117

 

Adhesion Testing is done for plating as required in ASTM B571. Various tests such as adhesion tests, bend adhesion, crimp test, cut test, and peel test/ tape test are performed in order to verify the adhesion of plating.

 

Roughness tester is used to  quickly and accurately determine the surface texture or surface roughness of a material as per ASTM D7127.
