Chromate / Chemfilm process can further protect the zinc plated substrate, boosting corrosion protection, improving electrical conductivity, and providing excellent paint adhesion.Selection of the appropriate chromate or passivate will be influenced by the end use of the part being coated.
We offer ROSH compliance chromate / chemfilm process in few colour options such as Clear (sliver/blue appearance), Yellow, Black and Olive Drab (green) as per MIL-DTL-5541 and AMS-2473.
